  AAAA++++++ customer service was exceptional! 10/10 rating because the lady who has helped me was extremely nice and super helpful! Forsure will be back again! Best customer service I have EVER experienced.

  The staff is enthusiastic about their products and customers. Donna and the other employees helped me shop, were very patient, gave great suggestions and were professional. I very much enjoyed shopping at this location and am looking forward to my future purchases from this location. Thank you, happy ladies of VBNS😆!

  It is a great pleasure to shop at the Vera Bradley store located in North Star Mall. All of the staff is friendly and eager to assist any way possible. Jessie,Andrea, Mari and Melissa are really GREAT!!!!! at what they do. I am always able to find what I need for a great price, the customer service is great and the atmosphere is relaxing. The staff is not over taxing or pushy, I enjoy my shopping experience during each and every visit..... Thanks.....One Happy Customer...San Antonio, Texas
