  I came to pick my car up here after it being impounded by the police. Long story short the guy in the office was rude to me. He tried to argue me that my car had been there since the 19th so it was going to be $275 I told him that he called me and told me it was $237 just yesterday, for one he said "Well I don't care what you say that's the price" & he said "You didn't call me yesterday" as if I was lying when actually HE called me & I had the call log to prove. He ended up being wrong anyways! And I was right. He just was so rude about it.

  This auto body shop was recommended by our mechanic, Bergen Tire in Mahwah, a family business we've been going to for 7 years. They were absolutely right and we're glad we took their advice. John Venusti is a wonderful man who does quality work and is fair and honest. He went over and above for us and we appreciate it so much. It's the only place we'd consider if we have to do it again.   Because at my point of view nothing is perfect that's why i give this shop 4 stars but they are a lot 10 stars in reality.. very nice and smooth transaction and the best work done to 2014 grand Cherokee.

  The owner is a nice guy who really tries to help. Customer service and satisfaction are important to him and his shop. As long as you communicate what you want, you will be a happy customer. I recommend Venusti Auto Body.
