  I made an appointment 17 days in advance with Lon (the manager) for regular manicure pedicure. I called the day before to confirm since no one called me from the spa. Then they told me that Lon only does manicure and they have to put me with someone else for pedicure. I said ok. My appointment was at 11:30am, but they made me to wait until 12:00 pm without any apology. The girl that did my pedicure (Kim) she did a great job. Supuselly I was going to do my manicure with Lon, but he didn’t show up and Kim ended doing it. No apologies, nothing. The only reason I give 2 starts is because Kim did a great job. I’m very disappointed, and for sure I will never come back. That’s not the way to treat customers.

  My experience here was amazing I had the Nail Tech Long do my nails and he did such an amazing job, it looks so natural. Also me and my husband got pedicures and the service was amazing they treated us like Royals.

  On 3/13/18 approximately 630 p.m. I arrived at Venetian Nail Spa. I asked the receptionist about how long is the wait. She responded with 30 to 45 mins. At that time I placed me and my daughter on the list . After waiting for about an hour they called my 8 year old daughter to the pedicure chair. After she was waiting at the pedicure chair for about 5 minutes a nail tech came over looked at my daughter then she went to the receptionist the next thing I know is my daughter had been sitting there for over 20 minutes no service . The receptionist comes over to me at that time and asked me to reschedule for tomorrow. I said no I have been waiting for almost 2 hours at this point. After speaking with the receptionist there was no apology whatsoever. She just continued to try and over talk me . At this point I decided to take my money and time elsewhere. One thing I don't do when it comes to spending my money is put up with poor customer service. Will I return the answer is no !!!

  Daria. She is the best nail tech I’ve ever had! She takes her time, she’s meticulous and really walks you through what she’s doing and why. I had a horrible deep break on a nail and was devastated, assuming she’d just slap an acrylic nail on it like had always been done before and I’d have to start all over. It took me years to get my natural nails so nice so that was my worst nightmare. She didn’t do that! She looked and said she could try to fix it w the new gel dip powder and after a bit, it was perfect! I’ve seen her four times since then and each time my nails look better than before. The place itself is beautiful and everyone is nice but Daria makes it spectacular.

  If you are the kind of woman who liked doing beautiful chrome gel nails and on your toe nails at the same time, do not come here. Exaggeratedly expensive. They even charge for “filing” the nails in coffin shape which I already had the shape from my last set.. $5 for each broken nail in case you need a new tip. It added $15 more as I had 3 broken tips. To this you add the cost of the regular manicure, the gel polish, one layer of chrome powder and you end up paying around $150 for a set of nails that the quality are nothing to envy any other places. Never coming back. I get way better quality work with the person I always do my nails with (she was way too busy this day for I ended up coming here) and they even offer delivery work with no extra cost as it is already included in the price they charge for the gel set. I had to ask for water as they didn’t bother in offering anything to drink.
