  Vela Wood was recommended to me by a friend for my legal needs for starting my own company. I am cautious of any legal council I have never used before but I cannot say enough positive things about the team at Vela Woods. They have been with me each and every step of venturing into a world I did not know about. I had 100 hundred questions a day and they addressed them all. More importantly, they never made me feel like I was badgering or inconveniencing them.   I had the pleasure of working with the Vela Wood team (more specifically, Rad Wood) during 2017. At my request, Rad & team quickly and accurately created a complex financial structure. The structure involved several entities that fall under various state and federal regulations. Despite the complex task, the Vela Wood team performed the job flawlessly.
