  My husband and I visited this store in early November. The owner, Christian, was working at the time and we enjoyed our conversation with him and decided to purchase a pair of sunglasses in store and order a pair of flip flops for myself which Christian said would be delivered to our house in NC in a week or two. It is now 2 months later, no shoes have been delivered and I have called and left several voicemails on the number listed online (which goes to Christian) and have yet to receive any response. Absolutely unacceptable business practices. I can understand if an order is lost or delayed, or whatever for that matter, but at least respond to your customers and own up to the mistake. And to confirm, we were charged for everything that day in the store.
