Went here right when they opened and enjoyed an outstanding Saturday brunch on their beautiful rooftop. Unfortunately, the roof deck wasn't open for brunch the last few times I stopped by. Outside of the roof and a nice brunch, not much for me to get excited about here.

I've been to Varsity Tavern more than any other venue in FT Worth for everything from fights, to the NYE celebration. Every time I get to the door they give me a hard look over to make sure I'm within dress code. And EVERY TIME I get in I see other races wearing clothes with holes, gym clothes, and busted up New Balances that look like they just finished cutting grass in them. This place definitely has double standards and it's about time someone put them on notice. Obviously my multiple visits here should tell you this is one if the top hangout spots in Ft Worth, but I will be looking for a new "hangout spot" in FT Worth moving forward.

Had a company event and here and have been many times to get a drink and watch the games. Cool atmosphere with fun yard games (trashcan beer pong, giant jenga/connect 4) right downtown in the night life! I'd recommend for a good time with friends.

The day we were there it was very cold the indoor and outdoor seating was maintained at the same temperature very cold. The service was poor because they were clearly understaffed. Even though they were slow.

So we decided to walk into this place after having passed it earlier in the day. From the street it seemed a fun day drinking bar, which was perfect for a sunny Saturday. West 7th is definitely in the neighborhood where people of all ages frequent the bars and restaurants. It’s heavy on the social seating, which was perfect for our big group. The bartenders were really funny and you can tell they all vibe really well, which was a plus. I ordered the mimosa flights (grapefruit flavor) for our table. Very reasonable prices and generous servings. Overall, we all had a great experience –will be back.
