  The people who work here are super friendly and obviously enjoy their job. When you go in the store, they welcome you and are always available to help- very much what you'd expect (and look for) from a neighborhood hardware store. Even when they answer the phone, they're super helpful and friendly... a far cry from those the canned, bored-out-of-their-skull responses you get from the zombies at Home Depot or Lowes. It's a small store but has a remarkably wide variety of tools, fix-its and doo-dads. Highly recommended.

  The guys here are very helpful and friendly. Willing to help you with anything you need. It's so convenient and usually always has whatever we need at the time, instead of having to go to home depot.
