  Staff was very nice, but their back of house stock seemed limited. I'm not an unusual size, and both pairs of shoes I pulled were unavailable in my size.

  I’ve been here twice and the service only seems to get worse. A lot of fake smiles but little actual attention to the customer.

  Never went to vans at all before but today I did because I decided to start skating. When I called the store up to make sure they sell complete updates the staff (a guy but never got his name:( ) was really nice & told me I can come on down! & when I was there he gave me tips on the boards & reccomended me some. the cashier was just as nice when she reccomended a tool for my skateboard! All at an affordable price!! Love this I reccomend, will go back for sure if I need parts & shoes

  @Frisco duck I was in the store today after already reading your review and that chick said the same thing to a customer "the internet is amazing!" followed by "not to be rude, but it's true"😂😂 Pretty insincere and lightweight condescending.
