  Great customer service. I had an issue with a pair of shoes that had a defect that they went above and beyond to replace. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and happy to see service like this where others lack!

  I purchased shoes from them last week. I spilled something on them first time wearing them. I used the Vans shoe cleaner that they sell and it made the issue worse. I came in to the store and not only did they exchange the shoes for me, they provided me with the proper cleaner for no charge. I was very impressed by their customer service.
