  If i could give no stars, I would. Roaches, bed bugs, constant smell of marijuana in the building, rude neighbors, slow maintenance (fixing a bathroom sink took 3 months for example), DEA agents kicking in doors, dirty hallway carpets, moldy smells, AC in the fitness room didn't work for months, the parking gates are always malfunctioning... I could go on and on.

  The staff is great. I've never had an issue while I've lived here. The huge incentive to move in for me was the internet deal. They even have their own private parking spaces so one doesn't have to worry about trying to deal with the city lots. Overall I've had a awesome experience.

  The loft are pretty nice. As with any loft heating and cooling is a bit expensive. The loft has only one elevator so its kinda annoying at times. Also there are limited parking spots so you have to wait for a good spot.
