  I needed help with a last minute move and out of all of the companies that I contacted, Vanman was the only one to respond with a yes. It rained on the day of my move. However, the movers kept the lines of communication open. I received a phone call regarding their projected time of arrival and another one once they had reached my property. The movers were friendly, funny, and efficient. As I was in the middle of a discussion with them, the owner showed up as I was praising the guys for being very efficient. He thanked me and explained that he checks in on the clients, his guys, and also provides extra supplies if they request them. My items were moved into a storage unit. Their task was to ensure that everything fit and remained in the same condition. Yes, they managed to accomplish both tasks all within the two hour window. Overall, I am very impressed with this company and I highly recommend their services.

  First and foremost, they do the basic job of moving stuff safely and on time, but probably anyone can do that. What sets these movers apart is that they do it in a friendly and fun way, making the moving experience low-stress. On move day, when they were on their way, they even called to see if we wanted Starbucks brought to us. They were also friendly with my dog. They are super high-touch. Another nice touch was that they came a couple days later and picked up our boxes so we didn't have to get rid of them ourselves. Overall, smooth, easy and low stress.
