  I stopped by the Valvoline on Friday at like 6 or 6:30, realizing too late that they were near closing, but these guys still did a great job. They were professional, knowledgeable , and efficient.

  About a week ago my car overheated but the oil light came on before this happened. Because I had just had my oil changed, I called valvoline for assistance. To my surprise, they actually sent out two guys to take a look at my vehicle. While it ended up being something unrelated, they were prepared to help me in any way. I cannot possibly say enough good things about this store and this company. They truly went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their help!!!

  They are always friendly and nice even with the different employees I see all the time. Great place and people! (11-17-2017)- I just can't express how excited I am about this place (RICHMOND RD VALVOLINE) I really love this place the employees are amazing they even help me out with tips and when I do things myself they always there with open arms to help me out. I really love these men and women 😉 GREAT PEOPLE HERE!!! (12-19-2017) looks like I can't stay away from this place omg I've been waiting 10 minutes but guess what I don't care they got FREE WIFI 😘

  Super great guys with a great sense of humor! Love getting my tires and fluids topped off anytime I need them and the quick oil changes! I usually get in and out in about 30 minutes! Can't say enough good things! I've been to several Valvoline a and trust my vehicle in all of their hands. Very trustworthy people!
