  Went to have my Ac cleaned out & refilled. It was my 1st time at this place when I called to make an Appt. I spoke with Matt he's the Assistant Manager there he was absolutely so nice over the phone & when I arrived even tho it was 645pm & they close @ 7 he made me feel like I was the only customer there he took me in rt away. Being a busy as he was He did it all with a smile. Ty Vavoline & Matt I will Definitely be back again & recommend you to all. 😁😁😁😁😁😁

  Took forever!!! I was there almost 2 hours for a fifteen minute oil change! In addition, fluids that the receipt say were checked-ok were low!

  Waited an hour and a half for an inspection, they then said it failed, then tried to insist that I pay. Brought the car somewhere else, passed inspection no problem. Will not be going back.

  I went here simply because I didn't have time to change it myself, as I have for years. Finally decided to let someone else do it, as after 30 years of doing it, I'm tired of setting up the ramps and dealing with the mess. They check all the fluid levels, air pressure in your tires and your air filter. I think even your wiper blades. Some people get a little pissy about it, thinking they're trying to rip you off... But I can tell you, the air filter they replaced for me in a big Ford van was 22$. That's not some crazy high price. In fact, I believe I pay almost that much to buy one that I then have to install myself. Suffice to say, I'm going to start bringing in my wife's car as well. If possible, go first thing in the morning during the week. Saturday there is a zoo.

  Amazing customer service! One of the cleanest bays, and waiting area I have ever seen. Tom the manager is top notch and trustworthy. Wouldn't take my car anywhere els.the staff are really friendly also. I can't take the negative reviews seriously on this page.. It's all people that expect to get things done in 2 minutes is jusy crazy. People just have no patient's. I would definitely recommend this shop
