  I RECOMMEND NEVER SHOPPING HERE FOR FURNITURE. Very disappointed with the customer service and communication with VCF. 3 weeks ago I bought 2 sofas and a recliner. It was delivered a few days after I bought it which was I was satisfied with, but when the delivery men brought it one of the couches had a missing piece. I was told by the delivery man that he will contact the store and let them know which piece was missing so that they can send someone else out the following week to fix it. I agreed and was fine with this. The following week I never received a call letting me know if someone was coming out to finish it up. So I called that Friday and asked about it, I spoke with the manager (Todd) and he said that he will bring it out to me. I was a little upset because I had family coming in and didn’t have all the couches set up. So I asked for a refund and I received a 50$ refund. That following week came and I never received a phone call or the piece. So I called that Friday (3 week process). I got the manager on the phone again and asked him about the piece and explained my story (again) and was really frustrated at this point. The manager told me that “you didn’t tell us what piece you needed so we couldn’t bring it out” - this crossed the line. How is the customer supposed to know what piece on the furniture is needed when I don’t even know how to assemble it? Plus I paid 2,000$ and shouldn’t have to know it should already be set up with no questions asked. So I called corporate and corporate tried to help but didn’t get anywhere. So now I’m still waiting for my piece that they are sending through fed ex and that I have to set up myself. I will never ever shop at a VCF ever again and will tell everyone I know to never step foot in there as well because of my experience of waiting 3-4 weeks to just get a couch set up.

  Excellent comfortable buying experience and with a no hassle return on an item I did not like. Definitely going back to purchase more furniture for my home. And a big thank you to Ashley and Mo for helping me and making furniture shopping pleasant again.

  Connor, our salesman, was great to work with. He wasn't pushy and helped us find what we were looking for. The delivery of our items were on time and the gentlemen, Micah and Charles, were respectful to not hit walls and doorways while bringing the pieces in the house and to the rooms. Also, they closed the front door each time to not let the heat out. Set up was quick and no trash left behind. Great customer service! Thank you!
