  The people here are so nice and they do a wonderful job. I get all tailoring done by them as well as dry cleaning. My first impression ever was a tailoring job that they were kind enough to rush for me because I needed to wear it in the hospital to deliver my daughter (who I had just been informed would have to come early!) I immediately switched from our old not-so-great cleaners to them. Then, later, with a newborn, I just could not get myself to hem my husband's pants in time for a wedding and they rushed that in one day for us. They are the quintessential quality customer service you look for in any business and they treat you like a friend who's business they value.

  Been a patron for about 1 year. They charged $1.50 to clean and press and shirt, then two ago increase to price to $2.00 without justification. Constantly breaking buttons, shirts returned with stains on them, after I asked to be spot cleaned. And now that Brownstone open next door to them, there's never any parking or a hassle to get in and out. The owner very combative when asked about the price increase. Will go to another cleaner. Tired of fighting and inconsistent quality of service.

  Woman took 1/2 inch off bottom of a dress, charged $120.00. My husband said this is crazy, but paidthe full price. She came outside and was screaming at me completely irate and out of control. I was threatened, followed outside, had my car kicked with a newborn and a one year old inside. Psychotic and scary situation and I feel this spot needs to be shut down, I honestly should've called the police. The behavior made no sense, we paid her, but pointed out that she was overcharging and had said "$20.00" verbally but wrote down "120.00" on the ticket (clear scam).
