  This company was called out by an upset neighbor to a client's property where we were conducting a humane bee removal/relocation. They vandalized my clients stucco column drilling 3 large holes and injected large amounts of poison killing the remaining bees that had not yet left into our hive. They also doused our hive with poison killing all of the bees and ruining the hive all the while trespassing onto my client's property. Afterward the exterminator had the audacity to hand the bill to my client. Stay far away from unscrupulous businesses such as this.

  This company is horrific!!! Paid them to kill Bees. They did not kill all the bees the tech said the bees would be gone in about a week. After 2 weeks bees were still active and a child was stung by one of the bees. I called the company back to kill the bees and the tech tried to get more money out of me. The tech hung the phone up on me after I asked him to do the job I paid for. I am in the process of of contesting the charges. I will never use their services again and will be sure to make my friends aware...

  See my rating for Desert Sky Pest Control This company uses their invoices claiming Valleypro which was closed down. Super Shady!!! Trying to rip people off! Taking their money and not finishing the job or doing the job correctly. Mike the Supervisor needs anger management and business sense! Stay away!!!!

  Last year we used this service bc we had bees near our pool. The charge was $95. This year we have bees again and so I called this service and the guy came out and did THE EXACT SAME THING as last year I compared receipts but charged me $195. I called for an explanation and yesterday the guy that answered said he needed to speak with the technician and never heard back. This morning I called and a woman answered who was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Her explanation was that I had a hive removed. When I said I watched him the whole time and I didn't see a hive removed she said "we don't remove hives". You paid what the cost was and if you don't like it then call someone else. I asked for her name and if I could speak to someone else. She said " no I'm the owner and my name is none of your business". I am appalled that this company is allowed to operate and I will make every effort to make sure no one else gets ripped off.

  Not only were they rude as all hell but they told us we have to live out of the garage for 2 weeks to let the fumes do the work up until the second treatment . Proceeded to tell us that we can't live in the home until after second treatment. We called originally for a bed bug bite they came and inspected and found literally only 2 bugs and what skin they had shed and it was only in a room at the back of the house. Also said they would not warranty any work unless the entire house was done. Then when I called to verify the proper procedure the guy on the phone said ha ha your funny dumb ass then hung up
