  Rude inconsiderate, self serving staff - I stopped for gas and to air up my truck tire, the machine deflated my tire vs inflating it form 28 to 12lbs so now I am on flat. I see the disclaimer sign not responsible for air pump but go in to tell the clerk my truck is onsite and I am calling road side asst. He inturn replies that I have 30 minutes to move it or he will have it towed :/ I try to explain 1- not holding Valero accountable 2- it will take longer than that to make call and for them to arrive 3- vehicle is not obstructing pump or entrance... he began repeating that he will have it towed after 30 min... then one of the customer try to talk to him again to no avail....I walk out of the store b4 I reached my truck he comes out behind me and a customer intervenes ...minutes later a tow truck pulls into the parking lot.... called for a police standby officer who stayed until my vehicle was mobil. I work across the street and pray I never have to stop there again!! BEWARE

  Can’t use the restroom unless you are buying something, and the young kids attitude working the afternoon shift makes you want to punch him in the face 😡
