  This place hires the worst of the worst. Ive been to this location a few times over the years and its usually not my first choice. They give customers such a hard time here and managemant could care less. The workers resemble Harris County Correction officers. They give you attitude and a hard time unlike any gay station/corner store Ive ever been too. The Black guy at night wearing the thick bi focal glasses, is by far the worst of the Bunch. The Heavy set black chick working days is not far behind him as one of the worst workers on earth. You can watch her get into it with customer after customer. This proves its not the customers but the workers. This place needs a new manager to come in to clean this place of the trash that work here. With so many good people needing a job, I cant believe the trash working at this location still have jobs. Theres a few gas stations sprinkled around the Montrose area. Do your self a favor and find another place to do business and not support this place. At least until they hire a staff that welcomes and is thankful for your business.

  I cam to buy something but I ask if I can use the restroom they said its close and out of order and when I star to shop I see someone getting out from the the closed restroom 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

  They seriously charged me $8.18 for a 16oz red bull. I was pretty inebriated, sure, but saw my receipt this morning and had to laugh a bit. How unethical.

  This is the worst place to get gas or buy anything. People standing right outside the door hustling, standing inside the store waiting for you to buy something and then try to hustle you, or both. Management won't get them off the property. Very unsafe place. I highly advise carrying protection at this Valero. Worst is that one of the employees at this store tried to steal my umbrella at the Burger King next door while I was in the restroom.

  Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The employee working last night was terribly rude and showed absolutely no respect what so ever. His name is DAMON and he made No eye contact and he refused to look up from his cell phone throughout my entire visit. He also seems to take pleasure in refusing service to anyone who walks in after 10 pm. The woman in front of me was refused beer and cigarettes and when asked why, DAMON simply told her that she was "over her limit" (still hadn't looked up from his phone) and then ignored any other requests.he didn't mind selling cigarillos to some African American youths after the woman left without her beer or cigs though. When it was my turn (I also had beer) he barely glanced at me and told me that i was over my limit as well for the night. I manage a bar downtown and am very keen on judging impairment of people and was confused because the woman in front of me appeared perfectly fine. I myself was also perfectly fine and was trying to by beer to start my night, but DAMON simply took my beer and set it behind the counter, told me again that I was "done for the night" and went back to his phone. I told him I didn't agree with his decision and that he was being a bit judgemental. He ignored me and I left. I will never be back and will be letting everyone I know in the neighborhood to steer clear of this location and it's TERRIBLE employees.
