  I loved these guys! Three staffers engaged me throughout the whole ordeal. They each listen 5th o my story, they each promised everything would be taken care of, and in the end I was more than pleased! Oh yeah, and they did great work on my car, it looked like new!

  I had a bad experience with this repair shop and mechanics working here. I was supposed to pick up my car after repairing the side mirror recommended by GEICO. The mechanic said come to pick up on Thursday morning. I walked there and found they didn't fix it yet. He said come back Friday morning again. Friday morning, I got the phone call and was told the car was not ready yet so come pick up later. I had to work until late that day and I needed a car to drive that weekend. The representative who called me said they would give the security guard the car key so that I could pick up the car. I called them after work and found the security guard didn't hear anything. Even worse, the attitude of ppl working here is very rude. When I called back next Monday, he said if you would not pick up the car ASAP, he would charge me the storage fee not trying to hear what happened to me as well as breaking the promise before. This place doesn't have a responsibility for the client and easy to break the promises. Don't trust this place.

  My car needed repairing on two different occasions. Each time was great. Very professional and did a wonderful job repairing my suv.

  Reputable business, Lou the owner will always get involved in everything to make sure customer services are always operating at its best. Work done in cars here are done so well that when you get your vehicle back it doesn't look like it was EVER hit. They take most insurance and have a few Geico and other companies brokers available to make your experience a pleasant one.
