    They posted that they closed at 5:30 when I showed up at 3:30 they had been closed for a half hour. The rest of the facility was gone by 4:30. Why not post your real hours of operation?

    Just trying to verify today's appointment. With who and when. Not clear as to what tab I click to avoid going into a rabbit hole tunnel of confusion. I can log in, then where? "Personal Info" just as an example...can't get to a simple schedule of today's or future appointments.

    Want an appointment here for anything? Expect to wait 3 months for the next available appointment or sit around all day as a walk-in, waiting for a no-show or cancellation. This place is under-staffed and most of the staff they do have are rude, misinterpret everything you say, and don't seem to have the slightest clue what they're doing. This place is like a medical testing lab and Veterans are the lab rats. Expect to have pills with FDA blacktop warning labels shoved in your face for whatever ails you. Yeah, you get a blood test, but that's about it. THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE MEDICAL SIDE OF THE VA!!!
