  I have had my nails done at V nail spa several times. My nails have always looked great However customer service is so terrible. Everytime I go I make an appointment. I always wait at least 30 minutes to be seen. I had an appointment last week. Hot seated I was told my technician would be right over. I waited 30 minutes and I could see her in back with another customer. I finally just left. So disrespectful!

  Avoid this place! I went for a classic manicure and pedicure. The nail tech was very rough picking my cuticles making the whole process uncomfortable and painful. A hour after leaving the nail shop my middle finger began to swell around the cuticle. After two weeks of pain the nail died and had to be removed. I spoke with the shop manager, Cindy, a couple times during this process and she never seemed genuinely concerned with what was going on with my nail and always came up with a excuse. Besides the horrible customer service, the quality of work is mediocre and the services are overpriced.

  Went to this location to get mine and my daughters nails done. It started off with the lady cutting my nails to the quick without even asking. Then she did the dipping on me and left quite a gap between my cuticle and the color, resulting in it looking like I already had grow out. Everything that I asked for was ignored. She never asked me about shape either, just did what SHE wanted. Then... we get to the cash wrap and they charged $60 for my daughters pink and white full set. $60!!! Anywhere else it is $40. At that point I said, “you want me to pay $100 for some nails I️ don’t even like?”...and the man just looked at me like “are you going to hand over your card”. This place offers no customer service what so ever! I do not recommend this place!!!

  This place is great. The ladies are professional and sweet. I've brought in nail designs I want to try and they always recreate the look. Plus, you can sip on margaritas or wine while you get a pedicure!

  this place is pretty awesome. I have been going there for 7-8 months now and wont go anywhere else. Julie is the bomb but honestly the whole staff is great. I always get great service and great nails. I am super picky and really rough on my hands since I am a bartender and Julie does my nails so great I cant complain on bit!!
