  As much as I try to give this place an opportunity I never leave as a satisfied customer. The food is okay and the drinks are delicious, but customer service just takes a toll on this place. I've had horrible customer service on a couple of occasions. On my first visit we got seated right away luckily, but no one visited our table until 15 minutes after. The location wasn't busy, but we're always very understanding of our servers and how sometimes they get backed up. No worries there. Once our server came by he brought out waters and apologized for the wait. He said he would be right back to take our orders even though we said we were ready. After 15 minutes we saw our waiter and called him over, and he just gave us the "one moment" hand signal. After continuously waiting we just left. At some point we did ask for some assistance from a different server and this server said, "ok no worries, I'll be right back with your server." Nope, nada. On my second visit something similar happened luckily this time around we were able to place our drink orders in a timely manner, but once it came down to ordering our food our waiter was nowhere to be seen. As always this is understandable when it comes to waiters, but it's quite frustrating to see your waiter gossiping or just chatting away with the hostess from across the way. On two occasions I was able to stop my server, but I was always quoted, "one moment I'll be right with you" even though my waiter would just go back to gossiping away with the hostess at Catal. It took about 35 minutes just to order food and another 30 minutes to receive it. I would love to give this place a higher rating because their drinks are good and their food is okay, but their customer service is terrible. They offer a nice selection of drinks and menu items. Luckily they validate for parking in Downtown Disney, but personally it's not worth the visit.

  One of the best dining experiences we had at Disneyland. I had the fish tacos and my husband had the fried chicken sandwich and both were delicious. They lost our order so it took a while but we were enjoying ourselves and didn’t mind. They comped our entire meal and gave us a free guacamole appetizer which was extremely nice. We would def come back if we ever come back to Disneyland.

  Weak drinks for the price. But they remake the initial ones when they are too weak. Customer service is meh.

  Bangin food and the drink menu is bananas, not to mention that this is one of the best people watching places you could ask for - my only complaint is that it's not SO great as to justify how overpriced everything is. Having said that, it is all solid.

  Great Beer selection and the food selection isn't too bad. Fish Tacos are great, the best in Downtown Disney and the Flatbread is amazing, I had to order a second! Service is decent.
