  If I could give -50 stars, I would. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND FIND EVERY EXCUSE TO GIVE TICKETS TO STUDENTS WHO ARE JUST TRYING TO GO TO SCHOOL TO GET AN EDUCATION. I got a ticket for parking in the rec WHEN THERE WAS NO PARKING AVAILABLE... NONE!!!! THEY GIVE TICKETS FOR PARKING IN DIFFERENT PARKING LOTS, I can not even park in my own parking lot because they sell too many parking permits for certain lots. IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, yet they think it is fair to give me a ticket.

  Utep Sun Bowl Parking Facility? PPfffffff, forget about it kid! Wouldn't dream of parking anywhere else.

  Easy access to the Sun Bowl. Plenty of space even for suv's.

  Its a good and spacious parking lot but make sure you have a permit to park there oryou will have to pay to park there by the hour
