  It seems that most of my package mail gets delayed in the KC KS Regional Distribution Center and then magically shows up after I go to my local Post Office to make inquiries. Wonder why that happens...

  In recent months this distribution center has become TERRIBLE. I live in Topeka and packages are usually delivered the day after making it to the KC dist center which is the expected delivery date. Now I am constantly having packages make it across the country (and continent) with in a few days only to arrive at this distribution center and sit there for 2 or more days. Last week I had one that scanned : arrived, departed 15 minutes later, arrived AGAIN (same location)about 30 minutes later, unnecessarily sent to another facility in k.c. which took a day, then back to the original (same)dist center, sat there for another 24 hours, then sent to topeka and delivered after an extra 2 days of BS.

  A package I was expecting arrived at the distribution center Friday morning and delivery was expected today. It hasn't even left the distribution center. I tried to call but no one is answering the phone. What's the use of having a phone number and being "available" 24 hours if you can't get a response? I wonder if I went there personally if I could pick up my package.

  Consistently inconsistent and tracking is rarely the same info as all other DCs accross the country post. Odd anomalies all to frequent! Zero accountability for "lost" packages!

  Y'all wonder why your losing business when you waist so much time with making truck drivers drop there trailers and then wait for a yard dog to dock it so they can take a pallet off then bring it back so you can spend more time just to hook back up and it just makes everyone elses mail later than it has to be
