Very rude people. Very unprofessional. They don’t even look at you when you’re talking to them. I don’t like to be treated this way when paying for a service. However’ there is a girl there named Brittany that is very sweet and caring. I highly recommend her.

Needed to remove my gel acrylics and I asked how much they would be they said $10, which is fine, after it was all done, they left my nails so rough and un-buffed. In addition, after my nails soaked in acetone for 20+ minutes they didn't even put lotion on my hands, so I asked for some lotion and maybe a hot towel.. I go to the cashier to pay and she charges $17 for the removal because lotion is extra?! I guess I paid for the bottle of lotion for them!? The lotion was not worth it, I easily could have walked to Tops and bought actual hand lotion. I don't get their reasoning to charge customers $7 for lotion?! I had to go to Tops to buy a buffer because of the horrible finish! Very confused how manicures there cost $12, but removing nails is $17 because I wanted lotion? Really disappointed.

Not a bad place but the girl I got did a sloppy job with my manicure. I showed her that they weren’t even and she insisted that they were. After several times trying to show her what I was seeing, I asked for the nail file and had to fix myself at least 3 nails. She had an attitude like if she was doing me some favor and I wasn’t a paying customer. If a customer is paying, she/he should get exactly what they want orrr let the customer know beforehand that you don’t know how to do the shape asked for or your job.

I love this nail place. Everyone is family and they make you feel like family too! I used to go to a place in Newburgh that became way to busy for me and lost the personal touch. Not to mention, the work they do is phenomenal. Love these ladies : )

I got my nails done on New Year’s Eve and I’m very disappointed. First I get there and I’m told I have to wait 45 minutes which isn’t an issue they tell me to come back and leave my number so they can call me when they have a spot. I wait over an hour and no call so I head back and I look and see all new faces sitting in the chairs and look at the list to see none of them had appointments. I then inform them that they asked me to come back so I waited another 30 minutes and finally get seated with table 2. I ask for a full set and if she could do coffin shape and a marble accent nail and she says no she can only do marble with gel which is another $30 more so I decline and say I’ll just get a different color instead. She starts to roughly clip my real nails leaving long rough parts of my nails and she was about to glue down the fake ones. I had to ask her to please file down my real nails because I don’t want any air bubbles between my nail in glue I fear of an infection. After puttin on the fake nails she cuts them down to size (I also asked for coffin shape) instead of cutting the nails before putting on the acrylic she decides to do the acrylic first then file down my nails into the “right” shape. It felt like she was gonna rip my real and fake nails off. The coffin shape is horribly uneaten and she cut my cuticle then tried to hide it from me. Oh yeah and she glued her finger to my finger. I am very disappointed in this whole experience and the money and time I spent. Sadly won’t be going back here.
