  Very lazy unprofessional staff. They use old product and try to rush you out. They didn’t even finish my service before asking to be paid. The nail tech even went as far as to opening my purse to look for my wallet while my hands were soaking. Also is everyone there qualified? A gentleman took off my acrylics and buffed off the top but wasn’t able to complete my mani? Then told me I didn’t need one? My nail tech also had me scratch out the tip I left because she wanted cash. there are a lot of cheap nail salons in aurora and this definitely shouldn’t be your first choice.

  Today I went to get my nails filled, and have three broken nails fixed. I was charged $6 for the broken nails, $15 for the fill, and $5 to file off my gel polish (even though they have to file your nail anyway). Then, there was another $5 to cover the cost of a 2-nail design. That's a total of $31 (and I left a $4 tip). After I left, I spent a few hours running errands. I got into my car, and while buckling my seat belt, my index fingernail just popped off, easily. I was so annoyed. I headed back to the shop (which isn't close to home). I told the owner I was just there and a nail had come off. Then he made the remark I might have to pay to have it fixed! That jerk actually charged me $2 more dollars to repair something that was apparently overlooked earlier. For some, greed is stronger than conducting a reputable business.

  love Christina!! I’ve been going with her for years as well as my sister and mom. My nails are always so perfect and the exact shape I ask them to be, she’s also super sweet!

  The staff is nice but I just wasn't happy with the end result. I'm pretty simple just change my shellac nail color every month. The way they did, was damaging... it was uncomfortable as the were using the automatic file, almost to the point it burned and my nails were sore when they were done. the end result was sloppy, I could do a better job doing my own nails... the amount of chemical fumes coming from this place was unbelievable, I get it, it's a nail shop but I've never been to s place that smelled like that... another customer next to me was complaining because her nails weren't coming out smooth... just not a good place to go to....

  Been getting my nails done here for a while now simply because in the beginning they came out nice and they're prices USUALLY aren't that bad. With that said I'm no longer going to be getting my nails done here because the past few times they've come out horrible. The lady Brenda has done my nails and very nice quite a few times. But the last time they were horrible. Granted she seem tired but they were horrible. There was a guy there that did them for me that they came out very nice that he's not there anymore. This last time I went there I literally showed the woman a picture of a simple design that not only have I gotten done there twice by separate people and it came out nice but it honestly was just a simple design that any nail technician in the world should be able to complete. I mean like they must do it 5 times a shift. It came out so horrible that not only did I look at it and say this is terrible and she tried again and it still came out terrible but then someone else all my nails and asked me what the design was supposed to be Mickey Mouse? No it's supposed to be cheetah print. Like ridiculous. I asked for my nails to be curved some are some aren't. The time before that I went and I literally almost got into an argument with a woman. Trying to insist that my nails are gel when I've been getting acrylic the last 4 times I went there. Then she starts telling the woman next to her that I'm wrong and then looks at me and trying to tell me I'm wrong. Then she gets mad that I look at her and tell her no they are acrylic and that's what I want period and cut my nails so short when I clearly told her word for word I just want them file down a little bit. I literally didn't even let her paint my nails I got up and walked out. I'm over this place they seriously need to start checking they're nail technicians because they're the ones that are causing people not to come back. Not even the guys in the front.
