  It's impossible to express my satisfaction with Joe, the owner of USA Drains, When he came to my house, he immediately identified my problem and explained exactly what he would do to fix it. H was very efficient and neat and much to my amazement, my problem was resolved very efficiently. He came to my house within a few hours of when I called him. The other companies I called never even bothered to call me back. He nicely calmed me down because I was very upset by the site of an inch of water all over my bathroom. (By the way, I am the one that caused the flood because I did not make sure that all the water was turned off upstairs.) He went way beyond the call of duty. When I came into the hallway with a load of towels, he took them from me, and all by himself, he cleaned every drop of water with the towels, wrung the towels out, and put the very heavy container with the sopping wet towels near my washing machine. I don't want to have another problem with my main sewer line, but if I do, I am so happy that I know that I can call Joe, and he will quickly solve the problem. I recommend him highly.

  I called USA Drains to fix my drain and I could not have been happier with my decision. Joseph arrived quickly and was able to fix my drain for a fair price. He did my repairs fast and did not leave any mess behind. I highly recommend USA Drains to anyone who is experiencing a drain problem.

  I'd give 10 stars if I could! Called USA Drains late on a Monday night with a total clog in our kitchen sink. Joe picked up right away, took down our address and was at the house in less than 30 mins. After a quick look around, Joe got right to work.. disconnected our garbage disposal, set up the snake, and kept things clean along the way. He took care of the clog and left our sink and floors spotless. Price as quoted over the phone was honored. Joe was a true professional and I wouldn't hesitate to call USA Drains again. Support local businesses!

  Smart and personable technician who explained step by step what he had to do and why. Joe is professional person who definitely cares about what he does. He actually got a rock out of my drain, God only knows how that got there, but he managed to clean it out, use state of the art tools and techniques, left no mess, and had extremely good prices. Was never over rushing anything but never slacked either, great work ethic. Will for sure call again. Only HALF the price of roto rooter.

  I called USA drains after I recently had a sewage backup in my basement. Joe arrived on site in under 45 minutes to assess the situation. He gave me a couple options and was reasonable with all the prices. I decided to have my main line hydro jetted. No backup issues and it's months later. 5 stars for this company!
