The only problem is the wait time, but that's pretty much the same anywhere else you go. So, I really don't have nothing bad to say about this office. ❤....I'm actually glad that there's one office close by my home.....The workers who work at this location, are very nice and considerate towards people.💕... It's the people who come visit here, need to be more patient.

Very inefficient. I came here for a new SSC Card. I signed in, waited 30 minutes, then was turned away at the window since I am not a Yolo County resident. There were no signs up front by the sign in kiosk indicating that they only serve Yolo County residents at this location. The social security system is all connected through the same federal program, so they should be able to process anyone with a social security number at any SSC location. Extremely outdated and inefficient systems if they can only serve Yolo County residents at this location. Even if this is the closest location to your residence, you will need to go to a different social security office if you do not live in Yolo County.

I have never had such a pleasant experience with ANY government employees, EVER. Every last person we spoke with was happy, kind, and helpful. I even overheard someone who was at the wrong office interacting with the security guard and he was helpful, kind, and sincere! This is literally opposite to every past experience I've had with other Social Security Offices but DMVs and on base military offices as well. I felt WELCOMED here!

Joe Rojas and his professionalism being sub-par. He never responds or corresponds in a timely manner. His stance and demeanor show that he is "show-boating" as he inadvertently lies to stay out of the focus of the conflict and more of a "finger pointer". He needs to leave office
