  This location is not accepting mail. (When I visited on 1/25/16). They were sending people to Church Street or to Whitehall.

  The address is incorrect - apparently this location is on Hannover street at the end of Exchange place - moved from Pine 10 yrs ago. Surprisingly....Great music!

  Worst post office ever. 430 pm and only one clerk working with a line of 15 ppl

  They are incredible rude and slow and this is my fifth experience. Today I need to stop by to drop a letter at their bin. Both off them were with labels of please do not put any letter on the bins, so I went inside and I politely ask one woman. She start yelling and asked me to wait in the line... That place is a completely shame of the US postal Service.

  Fast, efficient, and generally friendly. Maybe not what you expect from a post office, but I have to say that they fit in perfectly downtown. I work right next door and come here often. The line tends to only give me enough time to fill out any paperwork, then when I get to the counter they are faster than me. They'll let you step aside, finish and then come back to them. Kudos to this post office.
