  Certain employees here are extremely rude. They know who they are. Also there's never any parking despite that the place is dead when I go in.

  Inefficient, ignorant, inconsistent, lazy and rude. I’ve had numerous issues with mail delivery to my downtown St. Louis apt. I’ve become a frequent flier at the main post office trying to retrieve my packages. They do not update tracking info electronically causing confusion for customers, sellers and the main representatives trying to resolve delivery issues. Today, after trying to chase down my packages one of their staff had the nerve to respond to my complaints “hey, it’s not my problem, you work for a company too, right? Is everything they do wrong your fault?” When my packages were finally found and his supervisor asked him to carry my heavy packages to my car, he didn’t hesitate or hide rolling his eyes and audibally sighing in retaliation of having been asked to do this. Essentially... this location needs to get it together- mentor your leadership to be leaders and manage the staff/carriers, establish protocols and policies, stick to them and hold staff accountable for adhearing to them and behaving in a professional manner.

  Bunch of lazy bums working here. They act like customers are nuisance. I watched 2 women sit there and chat for 15 mins and not do any work while there was a long line waiting. And just think -- they are being overpaid with high salaries and rich pension benefits do provide such terrible service!

  Dead Bees and NO Help. I just got my "final determination" that the USPS is not going to pay for the bees that they killed by placing them within a plastic USPS bag. Initially, I was instructed by my local Illinois Post Office branch NOT to bring dead animals in for inspection, but rather bring photos and the rest of the packing material. I did so, but later learned that I should have taken everything to a Missouri Post Office more than an hour away in a different state because it is the regional claims center for all of St Louis. The bottom line is that I am without any bees and my $370.
