  Two things- one, this is not the address of the US Health & Human Services Department. You go there, it's a secure building, you can't even get to the 12th floor, there's no attendant at the front desk, and it turns out, after 10 or 20 minutes of run-around, you'll find that they moved or something, say they were there 6 months ago but not now. If you call the help number listed online, you will be told that there is no physical address, the whole department is apparently hidden in the dreams of a butterfly or something. and they will be rude to you. be ready for that. they will actually laugh at you, at the idea that you might think a government office might actually exist as such, and be located where it says it is online. second item- the US H&HS is not to be confused with the Department of Social&Health Services (DSHS not USHHSD, easily confused by anyone not intimately familiar with the system here). You do NOT want the USHHSD, they literally do nothing. They cover nothing, they specialize in nothing, it is an utterly useless government boondoggle. For help with almost anything, you should contact the DSHS... Now, I know everyone says Food Stamp agents are the worst people on earth, but i believe you will find that they are in fact far better than the folks down at USHHSD...
