  Absolute garbage bank. Expect them to take forever to process anything. Only choose if you love waiting on pending money at almost twice the time of other banks. I've had this bank for years and I'm finally getting around to switching. Can't take their delays anymore. Barely competent banking for sure. Choose anything else. Online banks tend to have better offers anyway.

  by far the WORST customer service I've ever had!!! If I could give it no stars I would! Every time I've been in the bank they are rude, worried about someone else & gives in correct info.... I will be changing my acct to another banking institute

  June 24, 2019--Opened a business account, without any KNOWN transactions pending on the account July 1, 2019---Charge for $50 August 1, 2019---Charge for $10 Both transactions charged me be overdraft fees of $36 (One fee of $10 was reimbursed); I later find out I was billed for a card reader that I did not authorize to have at all, I inquired about one but I DID NOT AUTHORIZE anyone to receive one. I did receive a card reader and did all of the steps to return it to the bank that BLINDLY sent it to my house--this is where the charges originated on my account. I did all of the calling to make my account normal again and still NO REFUND for the 1st transaction, the $50. I gave them adequate time, after I returned the card reader---a month ago. I have checked my account for OVER a month to see if the $50 was returned, but no luck. I then called on Saturday (21 September 2019) and had to immediately wait for 15 minutes to be hung up on by the operator. I returned the call immediately afterwards and explained the situation, the operator then explained that the branch manager, MARQUIS DAVIS would give me a phone call today---no phone call was made on his end. I called back today at approximately 4:30pm and another operator informed me that he (MARQUIS DAVIS) would call me back---nothing again. BE CAREFUL OF THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH, BECAUSE I AM SURE THAT I AM NOT THE 1ST--I will find a new bank for my business transactions!!! Thanks for taking care of your fellow Veteran!!

  This branch is trash. Slow, unprofessional, and just overall a really horrible experience. Instead of getting my simple question answered I actually left with more. I just left and called into customer service. They literally answered my question in 30 seconds. I will never go to this location again. My experience at this branch has made me consider switching banks all together for the first time in 8 years 👎🏻

  I wanted to give a great review for the service I received yesterday 3/5. I called Arvada West branch and inquired about notary service and Mark helped by scheduling an appointment for later that day and took care of my documents that I signed there. He was very professional and polite. He took the time to build relationship by getting to know me and asked questions about my family. Then, I left and Mark came out to my car and returned my wallet which I had left behind. I appreciate his integrity and personal attentiveness to get that back to me. Thank you Mark
