  Poor service and unexplainable fees every time you do business with them.

  I visit this bank five times a week for business. Recently, this location has decided to stop bundling my change orders into smaller quantities. After a couple of weeks of not receiving bundled change after requesting it, I called to see why proper issuing of my change order had stopped. I talked Marcos, Kristie and Heather, all of which informed me that this was not US bank had offered. If I'm coming in for a change order, as a customer, I should receive change as I request it. There are several reasons why I need this done, none of which seem to be of any concern to this bank. This bank is also unable to process we can deposit slips by 10 AM on Monday, which is my work deadline. This level of service is disgraceful.

  HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, NOTARY DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING AND I HAD A BAD IMPRESSION OF THE NOTARY SERVICES WHEN I CAME WITH FOREIGN DOCUMENTS TO BE NOTARIZED.
