  Hamilton Hodge, the branch manager helped us out big time. we went there right before the bank closed and he was super nice!!!! He helped us with our bank transfer and he stayed late for us and we really appreciated it. He was so friendly and nice!!!!!

  Worst branch ever the tellers mess up your deposits and withdraws. The atm ate my check deposit took them 2 weeks to get it out. I'm currently missing three hundred out of my account because of these people. The manager gives the worst customer service he's extemely passive and has a patronizing attitude. I can't believe I came here. I'd rather walk down to financial district branches to receive real service from true professionals.

  They do not answer the phone when you call their primary/posted phone number. I've tried at various times/days with the same result.

  Greeted properly and good customer service, was in and out in less than 5 min!

  No parking and always staff who work here make it hard to bank here
