::Drive through ATM is not truck friendly. The machine was so low I had to get out to use it and the lane is incredibly narrow. Plus the turn to get out is really tight. If you drive a truck, pick a different ATM.

::Another understaffed business using the current affairs as an excuse to not have enough staff while they are making more money than ever. Ridiculous wait times at the drive through and the lobby is closed.

::This branch is an absolute joke!!! The Manager blamed me for her staff's series of errors instead of having any accountability whatsoever. Save yourself a headache and go to a different branch or better yet, close your accounts at US Bank and go to another institution that cares about customer service!!!

::The slowest service in the city by far. Only other branch worse is in Norwood. Tellers are aloof, rude & slow. I go out of my now to other branches to avoid this one at all cost. Have sat waiting for service 10 mins or longer in drive thru at least a dozen times.

::I was told there were people ahead of me in the lobby and I would need to hold. After waiting 37 minutes for no one I decided to call back. It's now 4:05 and there closed and won't answer. That's sorry customer service
