  Worst experience ever, no one seems to know what they’re doing. They tell you they are setting you up for one type of account with no charges and no interest but then all of a sudden that’s not the case and you’re stuck paying for the mistake of the employee. I was told different reasons/excuses for all of the mixups from multiple people but no one seems to have the same answer. Save yourself the head ache and save your money and bank somewhere else.

  I received excellent customer service from Joe Williams who is this branch's Sales and Service Manager. I had an issue with one of their ATMs and Joe was able to solve the problem immediately and with the utmost professional concern. I would recommend this branch to any U.S. Bank customer as place where you will be treated with respect and due care.

  Been banking with US bank for years. Unfortunately I will be taking my services somewhere else. The staff at this location is HORRIBLE and useless. Very disappointed in the way I was treated.
