  I came in a little before 6:30 pm . The young lady looked like her job was too stressful for her as she started folding a receipt like an end day report or something. Anyways she was frustrated with me when I asked to make a bank account. She stated "it takes 35 mins" We only have 30 . As if she was the only one working there and could NOT assist me. Im pretty sure we could have got it done in 25 Mins. Well U.S. Bank you just lost me Im on my way to another bank that will treat there customers with value and with a smile not attitude.

  Great customer service. Helpful employees. Super convenient location. I can grocery shop and bank in the same place!

  I came in late in the day and had to wait a few minutes for another transaction to be completed. Once he was free, Delfino helped with my transaction and some changes to my account. He's was prompt, courteous, and cheerful. I couldn't ask for better service.
