  This worst most horrible customer service I had ever had, the Customer Relationship Consultant is a joke, does not want to work and level of laziness is unparalleled… I’ll leave there, we are missing negative start in this scale. Time to switch

  It used to be a good place to bank with. However now it is a totally different story. Called the branch twice to find about adding a family member to an account. I was told simply to come in with the person needed to be added. Get there and was told that I do have to have an appointment. Not very happy. Too many employees one of them could have helped.

  Manager Todd( look I remembered your name Todd) is extremely arrogant and condescending. I went into on Friday to discuss why I had fees on my account I didn’t know about. Waited an hour for him then was told I’d get a phone call never did. Then went in today to discuss getting charged for statements fees that I was unaware of. He immediately started off with “what’s the first step of the 12 step program” “ to admit you are at fault” then wanted to continue schooling me in all the things I do wrong. Like not write down every person’s name that I ever speak too. This is no way to help a customer. I tried speaking to him multiple times and he wanted names of who I spoke to as if to put the blame on them for everything. FYI they charge you $5 a month for statements You get charged if you deposit cash over $2500. All of these things they don’t verbally disclose to you they except you to read there 30 pages they give to you when you open the account.

  Terrible! Manager is out... One teller and she has a long line waiting.... and One arrogant guy behind his desk to take care of customer service (busy talking to his gf). I came to open an account for my daughter but no thank you.. turned around and went to a different bank.. And btw.. They are a main branch and they are closed on Saturday's...
