  Came in with my sister in a law to cash a check and the staff was really nice. We both have accounts else where yet we were treated well and was given a complementary water while we waited. I'm not interest in getting accounts with this bank, but I appreciated how we were treated.

  This bank has construction right now, so it's not really comfortable in the lobby area. The tellers seam nice, but once you can talk to a banker one on one they are a lot nicer and very friendly. I have had dealings with US Bank in the past, which went well, andI have heard good things about their accounts and customer service. I look forward to banking with them again.

  I like US Bank, I have 4 different accounts with them, but the staff at this particular branch are either incompetent, or just plain unwilling to perform a simple task. It is unfortunate that I continually have to drive out of my way to another branch every 2 weeks, just to cash my check. The staff at this branch are under some false impression that banks do not cash checks and only allow me to deposit mine. Time and time again, I drive downtown to US Bank and have my check cashed with ease (after repeatedly being told by this branch that it isn't possible), then I deposit the cash into my account for full, immediate credit, too many hoops for me to jump through just for a simple request.
