::This is by far the best branch I've ever been to. I have been to more US Bank locations then I can count all over the state and this is the one that I go back to time and time again. The very best part in my eyes is I am not even a u.s. bank customer but the checks that I receive daily are drawn off of a US bank account and they are still absolutely amazing! Always polite, always happy to see me and they always greet me by name. They genuinely look like they enjoy their job and they want to be there. That makes my banking experience amazing! Great job! That is my favorite branch and will be the only branch I visit.

::Not really open till 6pm!! I showed up at 5:38pm asking to deposit a check and open a simplistic checking account. I was told that because it was so close to closing they would want me to make an appointment on another day, even though no one was there or waiting. I have used this bank and branch for a year for my business account and opening a simple checking account was my way of starting to move all our money to this bank and based on this lazy tellers response and lack of care, I am rethinking using this bank because not caring about your customers and not working even though you are clearly open is unsettling. By the way the first time I opened my business account it took 10 min. LAZY and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

::What a horrible bank. Same issue as I’m seeing a lot of other people have. Went in and deposited my check and the snooty guy assured me it’d be available same day. When I saw it wasn’t, I went back and called the guy out and he was standing next to his manager and got embarrassed and said it would be Friday. His manager just rolled her eyes. You guys have no right to put a hold on someone’s check in their own bank account for that long. Pathetic customer service, and not okay to lie to a customer’s face.

::I am very angry to say the least. This is NOT my home branch but because of their incompetency I will be closing out my acct and I will never refer anyone to this bank. I deposited 4500 dollars in cash yesterday that I got a receipt for which showed it available. I specifically asked before I made the deposit if would be available immediately and I was told it would be. This morning the money is gone. I called customer svs which couldnt do anything to release my money. They can see it but they said because it was deposited towards the end of the day there is a hold but it should be available this morning. They are not seeing anything that would hold it but that I would have to contact the branch which doesnt open until 4 hours from now. And that was a total mishap on their part. Ok wonderful tell that to my family that i was supposed to fly out of town to see. And that if my money is not there 10 minutes after the branch opens my next call will be to the police. As far as Im concerned US bank stole my money.
