  I went to this location and I am so disgusted. I waited 40 minutes and no one ever assised me. The staff here are horrible they made me feel so uncomfortable. There is zero professionalism at this location. I will never come back to this location.

  Went into this branch this afternoon to ask for a mortgage statement. There was only one other customer in the branch besides myself. Teller wasn't sure if she could do that or if someone else had to which was fine but she asked her co worker. "Got a response of you can go online or call we cannot do it here." From working at a bank before there is always something you can do to help your customer. So I left and did as she told me and called the customer service. Customer service then tells me that it's going to take a couple business days to receive this if she send it to my email. And that she could have sent it to the branch I was at and got it instantly. It just takes a minute to speak with your customers and find out their needs and not brush them off! Very disappointed with their staff.
