::Customer service was slow. I normally don’t bank in Nashville. I traveled from Clarksville and showed the bank teller that I had multiple accounts. Done my banking proceeded to ask if I could use the bathroom in which I was denied that opportunity because it was locked. maybe I should take my banking elsewhere I’ve already removed one of my business accounts from you maybe I should remove the other 11 accounts that I have and go elsewhere

::I went to US Bank for change I am a business manager in nashville. During the busy mother's day holiday I ran out of change. After going to 3 banks Us was open. They was nice til I asked for change and they realized I wasnt a customer. I have been to many banks and I understand not all banks will give change to non customer's but I have never been treated like that before and for them to say 5 star service everytime is wrong. The way she acted towards me makes me NEVER want to be a customer of there's. Also working for a business that has soon to be 6 locations and could possibly in future change banks its highly unlikely US would be an option! She gave me some change but said she could only do half of what I need. The look I recieved was like I was a piece of trash. Worst and most awkward experience I have ever had! My date of visit was may 10 2014! And defiantly will be my last!
