::Today I walked in for a simple service. The teller informed me that he was unable to process my wire transfer, and that I needed to make an appointment for next month. When I called corporate customer service they told me that indeed they could process my transfer at the bank as walk in status. The manager of this branch is just not interested in doing her job or training her staff. Avoid this branch at all costs if you have more to do than a deposit or withdrawl.
