::Worst Urgent care center. First & last time at this facility. I got there at 1:20pm and was discharged at 5:20pm (4 hours), sitting there in the waiting area in pain and with fever and a sore throat, meanwhile, there were other people that got there after me and went in to see a doctor before me. It's unbelievable how this place take care of patient. If you sick, you're better off going to a CityMD or the ER for faster service. I took the risk by going to this place because it's walking distance from home. Unprofessional & carelessness, I don't recommend this waiting time to anyone.

::First of all, everyone was fairly nice. The wait time was ridiculous though. I waited around for the doctor. I waited around for samples to come back. I waited around for an x-Ray that I'm pretty sure I did not need as I have the common cold. Second, everyone assumes you know where you're going in this building. No one instructed me on where to go. I could have walked around and I bet no one would have stopped me. It wasn't a terrible experience but it is worth going to a different walk in clinic that is more attentive and eager to help you feel better.
