  Lovely building, lovely people, and lovely classes! The price is high, but I've never been disappointed with any experience I've had there, so it's always been worth it to me. Easily the best yoga in Fort Worth.

  My favorite yoga studio in Fort Worth! Found it two years ago and it transformed my practice (and my life). This warm, inviting community includes excellent teachers who offer diverse yoga classes as well as barre, Nia dancing, meditation and chant. So easy to choose the class you need everyday. Workshops, training and retreat offerings provide opportunities for further growth. Something for everyone! Love, love, love!
