  I recently visited your store in Houston Galleria and when we checked out the clerk asked for my email after I paid. I said, I'd rather not give it. She said, it's for your receipt. Again I said, you will need to print my receipt without my email. She paused for about 30 seconds and looked at me and my daughter with her hand propped up on the counter, as if there was no other option. I just stared back and said you can make one up but I need a paper receipt. Then, she finally gave a dirty look and said whatever! and then printed my receipt. Ridiculous! Especially when she said in a super sarcastic voice, have an amazing day and handed me my bag. What? I get you have to hire "hipsters" to work at your "hipster vibe" store but please train these kids to be nice to customers. If in fact she was trained to get an email address to email receipts to save paper, there is a huge clientele that will find that an invasion of privacy since that email will for sure be used for way more than just saving a 3 inch by 5 inch peice of paper. Even my 16 yr old daughter said, did that really just happen?

  Urban Outfitters is the best store in the mall! Employees always approach customers in a very friendly and helpful way. Prices might look a little bit high on some things, but the quality of the products is remarkable. You definitely get what you payed for! Even though the store is pretty much constantly busy throughout the day, employees manage to keep the place in great conditions! If you go to UO, you'll find something you'll love no matter what your fashion style is. They have a wide variety of clothes and other fun things! Urban Outfitters has pretty much everything you could possibly need!
