::Terrible service. I went in yesterday, and some self righteous cashier decides to not assist me in trying on a hat. I kindly asked him to remove the magnet for a moment so I can try on a hat. Instead he refused with no rhyme or reason behind it. I asked him that in order for me to try on the hat that I would need to purchase the hat and then return it if I didn't want it. His response "if thats what you want to do..." Really urban outfitters? This was yesterday afternoon between 2 and 4pm I think that kid needs a little attitude adjusting. Never in my life have I had to deal with that kind of BELOW PAR service. AWFUL.
