  Not my kinda store but it was well kept And clean. I feel like this location isn’t as big as the others I’ve been to

  I came to this place before and never again would I go to a store where I was beyond ignored and nothing was in my size, it's not my type of store I'd rather go to a thrift store to be honest and their employees do everything but work their job and please customers....

  I've never felt so strange in a store before until I went to this Urban Outfitters. Not a single person working showed an ounce of interest in their job or assisting me in a friendly manner. I was almost being ignored. Some girl who was working didn't even realize I was standing in front of her and needed a fitting room because she was too busy texting. I thought I was speaking another language. It's not that hard to make people want to come back to your store.
