  I enjoy the location BUT the prices.. no. It's not accessible to people of different prices brackets. It's uban clothes at a $$$$ price range. 60-75 per dress. Also the employees really think they're being slick about following people around to see if they're stealing. I was followed by the male manage and it made me offended and uncomfortable because I had every intention of paying for my products. If you're financially well off and like a downtown LA/ NY look you'll enjoy it here. They're actually stuffed with edgy clothes and accessories that are very unique and statement pieces.

  Prices are high but a great store to walk through at lunch. The clothing is not my style but my daughter would love what they carry.

  Employees were very rude. Firstly, when I asked an employee where a specific pair of jeans were she pointed in the direction to where the item was at, instead of walking over and showing me where they were. She could have easily directed me because there was absolutely no one in the store, instead the employees where standing around talking to each other. Secondly, I called ahead of time and asked about parking, in which they stated they validate parking free up to 2 hrs. However, when I go up to register and asked employee to validate my parking she said I had to purchase something. Not once did they mention that on the phone. I would honestly drive all the way to Scottsdale just so I never have to return to this Urban Outfitters again. Horrible customer service.

  This is a pretty typical Urban Outfitters, but just a bit smaller.... I am so happy they added one downtown though! If you're looking for funky things to wear or for your dorm or apartment check here. Last time I was here I got some cool hot pink lights for my bedroom on clearance for like $4.00 and some really cute clearance shirts. Great sale racks but not the friendliest staff I've seen. =/
