  We were on vacation and googled highly rated spas and found Urban Calm. We made appointments for two of us for 90 minute massages. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. They even recommended a good local spot for breakfast before our massage and are located in a cute neighborhood. When we arrived, everyone was super friendly. I get regular massages and this was the best full body massage I’ve ever had! It was amazing! Head to toe, perfect. The spa was clean and calming. I highly recommend Urban Calm if you are local or just visiting from out of town.

  Love this downtown gem of a spa! Completely relaxing and is exactly what I want in massages and facials. The first time I came here was for a birthday gift. I added a facial and upgraded to a 90min massage and it was just heaven!! The whole staff is just so warm, it is a place where I feel so welcomed and wanted. It's a small spa so there isn't any amenities in terms of a locker room, steam room or sauna but they do a wonderful job at making it feel worth every penny. They do have robes if you get a massage and a facial. Since they are a small spa they don't rush you out the door after your services. It's nice to relax and take your time getting dressed after such great treatments. I come relatively regularly for the massages with Sonia who I can't even say enough good things about. She's the reason that I come back; such a great therapist and knows exactly what I want. Soon I'm hoping to add facials to my regime. I love this spa and so much better than a lot of other over prices spas I've tried out there.

  First massage of my life. Got an hour and it was excellent. I see why people come here! Calm atmosphere and professional staff. Would go again.

  I got a swedish massage on my trip to San Diego, and it was just heavenly! I haven't had any body therapy done before, so I have nothing to compare it to. But still, very relaxing...

  The owner is extremely helpful knowledgable seeks to please each clients individual needs She s a pleasure to communicate with and really listens as you speak ! It restful just being in her presence !!!! Everyone in this shop is friendly Professional Understanding It's experience you will want to relive again and again !!!!
